Love the site, customer service & pricing. The ship dates are a bit long but I think that's a supply chain issue and not a company issue. Very pleased with the responsiveness and service. We would recommend and/or use Quality Bath again in the future.

This is my second time using Quality Bath and it has been a pleasant experience, though still waiting for my vanity order which was delayed.

The website is great andvuser friendly. Trying to talk to somebody in customer service was not easy. I actually had to track down a phone number for a Franke USA rep to get my questions answered. BUT. I attribute all of this to the Chinese Covid world that we now live in .. the Chinese Communist Party screwed the entire world. I am trying to rebuild the engine on my muscle car and cannot complete the project because of serious automotive part shortages.
