Amazing service! These guys are the best of the best. They stand by their word, their products and will always give you their very best. The pandemic hit everyone hard but the folks at QB kept me updated on multiple orders, the status of shipping, and much more. One on one calls and emails. They PERSONALLY care. It can be a little frustrating that he site is closed on Saturday for the sabbath but it’s something you just get used to and honestly, I’ve come to appreciate the fact they set aside time for their traditions and stay true to their faith. Sanctity is slipping these days but QB doesn’t let anything slip! Not one thing!! They even called me to correct my order when I ordered something in a satin nickel versus brushed nickel (which all of the other items were ordered in). THAT is attention to detail! And that is priceless. Thanks QB!

My product arrived as scheduled but was very poorly packaged and the box was ripped and the item was exposed. I was very surprised it was not damaged given it had no packaging around it. Luckily it was not scratched or chipped but I would recommend more attention to how the product is packaged for shipping to avoid damages in the future.
