First they made sure to ask if we wanted all of the doors keyed the same which was very helpful. They also helped change my order to a style I wasn't able to select online. And finally, after the order came in we were missing a few pieces so they helped coordinate with Emtek to send us some replacements. Overall very helpful staff and they took care of our every need.
