We've been looking for a company like this, for many years, because there's not many companies out there anymore online that provide information and products in a timely manner.

Through the point of placing my order, it was easy to find what i was looking for. Model number is easy to find and confirm, order process was mostly smooth. The credit card processor used is slower than i'm accustomed to, but that's a first world problem and not a real complaint. Hopefully packing, shipping and delivery are as good as the buying process.
