I like how easy the tax exempt process was. Most are either crazy long or not even an option online.

Long lead time! But they DID let me know about 4 weeks after I placed the order.

Great response to availability inquiry. Good pricing. Wish product delivery was not delayed 4 - 6 weeks, but pretty much found that to be the case on other sites for the product I purchased.

My husband found the vanity we purchased from Quality Bath online. We were looking for something particular and none of the big home improvement stores had what we liked. We had no issues with the product or the delivery. Bonus was that it was made in the USA, WHICH WE LIKED. Thank for making my bathroom complete. My daughter is building a house in the spring and told her to give Quality Bath a look.
