Super fast and easy!

I have been working with Dov Gellis from Quality Bath for the last several years. Dov is by far the best plumbing fixture sales rep I have ever dealt with. Dov is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.

I just wish I could see the estimated shipping dates before paying. I hate cancelling orders and waiting for refunds

Asked for a quote and delivery timing. Results in my inbox within 12 hours! I was able to place the order immediately. Now we will see if the follow-up is prompt and the delivery of the mirror timely!

I contacted them by phone. They were easy to deal with and gave me a better price than what was listed at the time. The product arrived quickly and was undamaged.

I called QualityBath to inquire about a tub and the customer service rep presented me with a number of options. I spoke with my wife and looked at some of the options and found one that was a great fit. Overall it was a great experience with a quality tub.

I contacted first as the writer no one was ordered and they were able to cancel order for the proper size one. The freight company was the only issue as it was just left in my drive way without any warning or time estimate. It was delivered late!
