Just would have liked to be able to reach someone after 6:00!

I could KMR get a hold of anyone b. I had some questions to ask before the purchase. Also it kept taking me to review order section. It won’t take me to submit my order. It was very inconvenient. No one emailed me to chat. Couldn’t get anyone to chat. There is no phone number to call. When I called DOV got voice mail. Racy time I click, I got a new agent but no success to chat. I ended up ordering one bowl bc order wasn’t going through when I really wanted double bowl.

So far it's been easy.

It is Friday PM, I had a question regarding availability for one item and there was no one to take my call. To take advantage of the sale, I had to place the order prior to 5:30 EST. I was able to confirm that 2 out of 3 items are available. It would have been nice to have confirmation regarding the 3rd item.

So far secure and easy, will be back.

I included a message with my order in the comment box. While I appreciate the sales price, the website made me believe that I get a, additional 20% off as a first-time buyer who signs up with an email address. The final price did not include that additional discount.
