I would definitely do business w/ Quality Bath again. I called for information & the person I spoke to was knowledgeable & very patient. Then I wrote in about a delay in shipping & again, the person was great- got right on it & the item was shipped right out.

I called because I had questions. They answered the phone right away and helped me a lot even suggesting a less expensive drain option than I was considering. I also had a delivery delay I need so they took care of that and shipped my order a week later. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Just as one would hope for—easy to navigate website and fair pricing.
