I had ordered my sink from Quality Bath and then realized I needed my Kitchen faucet immediately! I needed something in unlacquered brass that was IN STOCK. I called Quality Bath and got Mimi on the phone. She was AWESOME and went Above and Beyond my expectations! She helped me make a decision with the options they had available in stock, and I could not be more pleased!

Was incredibly happy with the entire experience. Didn't need to discuss any issues, there were none. Quality Bath did it right the first time. Even the trucker was amazing. It's hard to get such a positive experience from any company these days and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I've already recommended them to friends and clients

I have been very impressed with my quality bath experience. I have had all questions answered and shipping has been superb. I have been less than impressed with my 'hometown' retailer and when I can get great customer service, better pricing and 2 day shipping it makes continued business with quality bath exceptionally easy. My husband and I have been customers of Quality Bath for over 5 years now. They have clear bids with images and live links to the product which is very helpful. In our past construction projects, previous vendors used with their own plumbing codes on paper only which was very confusing when analyzing the bid. As our bids evolved with QB, Josh and Avi have been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We totally trust this company and we are now lifelong customers of Quality Bath. We look forward to doing many more home projects with them.
