I had a million questions and was comparing multiple products. Ellie was exceptionally helpful, even offering information on other features that she thought might interest me based on other interests. I started out going to a brick and mortar, but the delays in giving me quotes based on products I saw on the internet would take days, and the rep wanted no part in me selecting anything he didn't offer, and he provided no choices. Ellie was extremely patient and attentive. Her quotes and feedback were usually within minutes. This was such a positive experience. I miss the brick and mortars, but they're not losing on pricing; they're losing on service at least based on Ellie's service

My item was a hard to find, most places were 10+ weeks out if they could get it. This amazing team noted it could be 8+ weeks to receive my order due to supply, however I had my order received on 2 weeks. I was blown away. Great customer service, communication and quality! Thank you!!

Love these guys. Great communication. I am so impressed that where it indicates you can call to talk to someone it is actually that person! In my last purchase I had a finish that I wanted on a faucet that wasn't listed but the manufacturer listed. I called up and without hesitation was told I could get it even though it wasn't on the website. AND the price was great too. I would highly recommend Quality Bath. I have yet to be disappointed by the products and service.

I'm left my mirror in the Box, safely stored, on a construction site. The mirror was when broken when opened when passed the 2 week inspection wondow and I now have to spend $700 to replace a mirror I already purchased once before. very disappointed
