FedEx delivery was problematic. FedEx called to set up a delivery time window. The delivery person showed up 3 hours after the widow. Then the driver called from a few blocks away and informed me that his truck was too large too drive up my inclined street. Therefore, I would have to drive down my street and meet him. He would then place the toilet inside my car. I am in my seventies and woul need a younger person to remove it from my car, I was upset because I had a plumber waiting to install toilet during the 'widow' that FedEx selected. After 2 hours past the end of the delivery window I sent the plumber away. I still had to pay him for his time... an expense I did not cotton to!!!

Finding items was easy and price and availability was good. Qualitybath gets high marks overall for customer satisfaction, which is good to see. My only quibble is that descriptions were not very detailed and sometimes there were no specifications to be found.
