Mimi is great.

Easy enough to order but am very unhappy that you could not tell me whether the item is in stock or not before I placed the order. Does not seem very honest to me, and not what good retailers do.

I originally ordered the wrong shelf. Customer service was very helpful in correcting my order. Product took longer than expected to be shipped but was well worth the wait.

Ordered Brizo faucets as competition had long wait. I kept getting constant extensions of delivery even though when I ordered I was told a couple of weeks. After numerous extensions I canceled Brizo and ordered Grohe as they were 'in stock' with immediate shipping. I had to again call as I started getting'extension' emails. Quality charged my card over $1000 dollars and held onto my money until I canceled Brizo several months later. They should never have charged me until items shipped.

I found they have the best prices -better than build.com-and have had awesome customer service experience. I unfortunately have had issues with some items I purchased but quality bath was very easy to work with.

Easy payment with Amazon Pay.

Best price anywhere and easy and informative website. I like the feature that allows me to click a question mark for more info about an item.

FedEx delivery was problematic. FedEx called to set up a delivery time window. The delivery person showed up 3 hours after the widow. Then the driver called from a few blocks away and informed me that his truck was too large too drive up my inclined street. Therefore, I would have to drive down my street and meet him. He would then place the toilet inside my car. I am in my seventies and woul need a younger person to remove it from my car, I was upset because I had a plumber waiting to install toilet during the 'widow' that FedEx selected. After 2 hours past the end of the delivery window I sent the plumber away. I still had to pay him for his time... an expense I did not cotton to!!!

Quality Bath was very easy to work with. They offer great products at a competitive price. They also stayed in touch with us and kept us updated regarding the shipping status of our vanity.
