was going to buy an expensive doorknob to see if I like them and if they are of good quality before i buy a whole bunch of them for our new build, and someone came on chat and asked me if I wanted a free sample where you only have to pay $5 shipping. I was like, Sure!, saved me having to buy a whole set just to see what they're like!

Great site very happy with it

I have been searching for a couple of months for specific Emtek exterior door hardware. I have not been able to find it. I even went to an authorized dealer and they could not find what I was looking for. I found this site today and I was able to have a quick on-line chat and the representative was able to find exactly what I have been looking for and the price was fantastic!! I am so excited to finally get this and I am even more excited that I finally found it.

Akiva was great in helping with product choices, and especially helpful in pointing out items that would be needed for installation. As much research as you are able to perform via the web, there are always minor items that don't come into view until you are in the actual process of the renovation. Additionally, Quality Bath had many of the premium fixtures I wanted to source for this project. The only reason to not offer a five star review is the possible lack of transparency in regard to actual lead times. I'm not suggesting this is done on purpose, but when your original lead time states 3 weeks, and then after purchase, it turns into 5-6, it could lead to order cancellation of certain products. Thankfully, in my use case, it did not affect overall timing of the project, as it was a DIY renovation. If I had to rely on contractor timing, then perhaps a different outcome?
