I am a California rebuild and bought an expensive kitchen faucet from Quality Bath December 2025. When my plumbers went to install we realized one of the facuets was the wrong color. Now this is almost a year later. In looking at the labeling on the box I could see the manufacutuer had mislabeled the box. I contacted Quality Bath sent picutes and explained what had happened and that I quickly needed the replacement in the correct color. Quality quickly arranged for an RMA and a replacement to be sent ASAP. Wow ! I also loved that any time I called I always got a live person. If you want exceptional customer service and good values go to Quality Bath.
