Easy and fast

No problems ordering the brackets. I have a question; why weren't the brackets sold with the grab bars? Si nce you can't in stall the grab bars without the brackets. Now I have to pay the installer to come back to install them. This doesn't make sense.

Purchase and delivery were smooth, but Zero customer service. Emailed the rep twice and contacted CS online, never heard back.

It is good. I wish I was able to get shower arm information with the specs for the shower head I purchased.
