Fabulous and expert in the advice I received from calling and speaking with a professional. Last week, I was at an our local plumbing supply store and met a nice lady shopping for bathroom and kitchen faucets. We spoke and I recommended she contact Quality Bath before making any purchases. After briefly looking at the site, she decided to go home and order from your company. Enga Santman

the first order for a faucet was obviously opened by a prior customer, deemed faulty, and placed back in the box (and not placed back well). Now I have to lay out $650.25 for a new one and wait until I get a credit. Very poor customer service.
