I ordered two of these drains about six weeks ago. Due to the plumber telling me that he could not use this drain, I called several times for info on this drain. No one was able to answer my question. All were clueless. This drain works only for the showers where a liner is being used and and not for a hot mop application. I had to find that out after spending numerous calls with plumbers, contractors and various websites. I asked for an installation diagram, and after promising that it would be sent, none was sent. I found it myself and can send it to you so you can add it to your database, if you respond to this email. That will make it easier for others. Although I like this particular drain and am ordering it again, I was not at all happy with the various "experts" I spoke to at your company.
