It's nice to have the majority of the products I need in stock and with a discount. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I called QB customer service about the price of a particular kitchen sink faucet they had and got a great deal that beat out the prices I saw everywhere else online. The interaction was quick, friendly and courteous, and I was able to make my order right then. I had to make an address correction after the order was placed, which was resolved quickly via email. The faucet arrived fairly quickly and in great condition, and I look forward to having it installed. I would definitely buy from QB again.
