I received a shipment where the Duravit washbasin arrived completely shattered and the vanity was damaged in multiple places. The items were packed in a flimsy cardboard box with no padding or support-completely inadequate for fragile products. I had several items on the same pallet from other brands, and only the Duravit items from Quality Bath were broken. Despite being a trade partner, my concerns were dismissed because I supposedly missed the return window-even though the damage was clearly due to poor packaging. I expected a professional solution, but they didn't even make an effort. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be working with Quality Bath again.
