100% the absolute best customer service from start to finish. The QuialityBath.com team saw I had been shopping for quite some time without finalizing any purchases and they reached out to me to see if I needed any help. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the offer to send over samples so I could see and feel the hardware before making a decision. Sometimes it can be really hard to decide by just looking at pictures. In my case, I was just buying more hardware to compliment what I already had previously purchased but I could tell the entire QualityBath.com team were dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Over the years I've placed orders for Emtek hardware and Waterstone faucets with other stores but QualityBath.com's team went above and beyond.
