I appreciate how fast akiva sent with the price

In general the customer service was courteous and prompt but my order was very slow in coming - it took over 2 months, and when it came one piece was incompatible with the original hardware mount even though we had supplied the original model number and info and were told at the time of ordering that it would work. At that point we were also told that the manufacturer did not allow refunds or returns so we were left to figure out a next step without assistance.

I received a call from someone in your sales department informing me that the model I originally purchased was unavailable. Instead, they offered me a newer version, claiming it was an upgraded replacement for the one listed on your website. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. The controller is different-it doesn't activate the fan automatically when someone sits, which required a technician to come and inspect it. Additionally, the blower is noticeably weaker than the model I have at home. This purchase didn't meet the expectations I had based on the information provided, and that's the source of my frustration. That said, I will acknowledge that the delivery was fast.
