Online Rep responses were a little slow ("Jack" did apologize). However, the second question I asked, he did not respond. I guess it was more important to get credit for my contact than it was to just answer a question. Ended up calling the 1-800 number and the person on the phone had a very condescending tone (maybe the tone was of confusion?). I am a new customer...I do not know what I do not know about Quality Bath. I did search the company website for an answer to my question before asking but did not find the answer to the question. If the product I was ordering had not been less expensive than the alternatives, these two not so pleasant interactions would have pushed me to buy from a competitor. Only taking the time to share because I do see you all have very high customer satisfaction ratings and maybe today was just a bad day.
