QualityBath Reviews

reliable service shipped as promised very satisfied with overall experience

We were very happy with our experience with Quality Bath. Quality products at super awesome prices! We had been shopping around, and Quality Bath had the best prices in town for the item we wanted for our bath remodel. Shipping was fast. Customer service is top notch. Got a confirmation email immediately. Highly recommend!

Every order I've placed with QB has been executed quickly and efficiently. Customer service is always readily available and typically you speak to the same representative every time. I've received "made to order" product faster than my local supply houses. I highly recommend QB to all of my clients for their remodeling needs.

The wrong item was delivered (round instead of square), and one call to customer service fixed the problem! They even sent the correct item by "next-day" since they knew it was time sensitive. I would definitely order from QualityBath again.

Our experience with Quality Bath could not have been better. We ordered a Rohl farmhouse sink and a Bianco faucet. Quality Bath offered both items less expensively than any other source with both arriving at our home with a week of ordering. We ordered over the phone and the customer service individual offered helpful answers to the questions we had about the products before ordering. Unequivocally, we will be shopping here for all future home/remodel needs.

Great product, great service and received the product on time and good condition. Would recommend to a friend.

Best price I could find online. Perfect product and quick shipping. Very happy. Thanks!

Quality Bath is wonderful. I ordered all the bathroom fixtures and kitchen faucet. I called to ask many questions and received professional answers.

My products arrived quickly and were as expected. The customer service I received was very helpful and I was given the sales associate's extension number and email so I could contact him when necessary, overall very happy and would definitely use Quality Bath again.

Best deal, beautiful sink and prompt delivery very pleased with overall experience will use again.

I was very dissapointed, however, that I am not able to return this item. It is not evident that this is one of the nonreturnable items. I think that I would not order anything from a site that has items like this. IT IS WAY TOO BIG for what I need and now Im stuck with a $*** item. Time to go to sell it on EBAY i guess. RETHINK THE ITEMS YOU REPRESENT AND DO NOT OFFER THEM ON YOUR SITE IF CUSTOMER CANNOT GET ANY SATISFACTION IF NOT THE RIGHT PART...ESPECIALLY FOR A LAYMAN SUCH AS MYSELF!!

I received the item I ordered in less than a week. The price was among the cheapest I found. I would definitely order from Quality Bath again.

When you first see the prices you may think this is one of those bait-and-switch operations. Nothing could be farther from the truth. QualityBath seems to be one of these rare combinations of aggressive pricing and OUTSTANDING customer service.

Received as expected, quality and item performance as described. No issues of note.

I needed this product in a hurry and qualitybath.com shipped the same day I ordered. The product came in 2 days, packaged properly and in perfect condition. I would use this vendor again without hesitation.

Quality Bath had exactly the product I wanted, shipment was almost immediate and delivery very timely. This is an excellent company and source of hardware four the kitchen and bath.

We are satisfied with our shopping experience. Quality Bath had the best price we could find for the farm sink.

After scouring local distributors for a towel warmer for our bathroom I found Qualitybath.com to be the speediest and had the best price as well. I phoned in to see if the item I wanted was in stock, the customer service agent I spoke with checked immediately, gave me an estimated arrival date and quickly quoted the price. I was able to do the transaction in less than 5 minutes, and my item showed up right on time. I was very pleased and will definitely use the site again and would recommend it.

They are all professionals. I am totally satisfied for everything, products , information and delivery.

Excellent product, excellent service, everything just excellent
