I've made several purchases from Quality Bath, and their prices, selection, customer service and shipping have always been excellent. The one time there was an incorrect shipment from the factory, Quality Bath handled getting the missing items promptly sent out. It's the first website I check when I need to order plumbing products.

I was actually impressed with the customer service (after being more than frustrated with 2 other places), their willingness to take the extra step to do what they could to get the order to me asap, their excellent follow-through, and it worked!
