You should not by bathroom and plumbing items from anywhere else. The items were shipped extremely fast and the prices, well you can't beat them. This place is not a scam, it is a serious business with great customer service and awesome prices. We purchased a whole line of Hansgrohe PuraVida and the prices where around 50% MSRP. I have made three separate purchases and I was equally satisfies in all of them. Shop with confidence because these guys will ship within the US with no issues. Enjoy your next bathroom project.

The Rohl Farm Sink that I purchased was FAR below any price I was able to find anywhere else. Add free shipping on top of that and this was a SUPER deal. Having it shipped via freight was a little inconvenient but again; shipping was free and the overall price that I paid made that minor inconvenience pretty much insignificant.

We priced shopped for a Grohe faucet and this website was both cheaper and offered a faster shipping time than other sites we found.

Items were not as described/presented. I returned them and after more than a month have still not received credit despite following your procedures. One item has a design flaw (doesn't hold a full roll of toilet paper) yet I was told would still be charged a 25% restocking fee. Not very customer friendly.
