I shopped around on the internet for a particular kitchen faucet and found it on qualitybath.com, at 10% off, less than any other website. Ordered it and delivery was prompt and exactly as ordered. We love our faucet!

We ordered this sink for our customer who had picked it out and they were delighted with it.

Ordering from online sites is notoriously landmined for advertising the product as "in stock" only to place the order then be contacted to say now the item is on "back order"..... Quality Bath had the farmhaus sink I wanted in stock & shipped it the next day... crucial when you are renovating on a time crunch. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep to make sure I ordered all the parts I needed & didn't order the parts I didn't need. The shipping company they work with is also outstanding & keep you informed. Fantastic service from ordering to delivering. The product exceptional.

I ordered the Oceana Pebble Sink and drain for my father's bathroom renovation. I then received an email that it would be 3 weeks before delivery as it was out of stock. I thought that was take too long and the granite would be ready before that, and the fabricator would need the sink sooner, so I canceled the order. QB was very helpful and understanding and canceled the order with no penalties. Circustances then changed and I was able to contact them back and place the order again and they even gave me the same sales price I originally purchased the sink for. Customer service was OUTSTANDING, I received a great value, and the Oceana Sink is GORGEOUS. It arrived quickly and they shipped it directly to my fabricator as requested. The only problem was the drain we ordered was missing the tailpipe that was supposed to be attached to it, according to our plumber, and in the middle of having the sink connected we had to run out to HomeDepot to purchase the tailpipe. A minor set back and nothing we couldn't handle. Altogether I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at QB and I would do business with them again. By the way, we are having our Oceana Pebble Glass Sink wired to light up when it gets dark at night and turn off in the morning as a nightlight for my dad!

I ordered a product from them that unfortunately has one cheap component that keeps breaking. The client service person very kindly assisted me in attempting to get the part replaced under warrantee from the manufacture but when that option wasn’t available they sourced the required part and ordered it for. All in all a very pleasant experience.
