I had been looking for a copper sink for a powder room renovation that we were doing and saw some I liked, but that were out of my price range. One of the sinks I finally found on another website that was close to my price range, I found on Quality Bath's website at a significant savings over the other website. There was no shipping cost and no sales tax through Quality Bath, either. That added even more to the savings over the other website! I ordered the sink and received it within a week of placing the order. It was well packaged and was even more beautiful in person than the picture online. We were so pleased with this purchase that we ended up ordering a kitchen sink through Quality Bath, too! We'd highly recommend Quality Bath to anyone!

I was a little nervous to purchase such an expensive vanity on-line and unable to touch it or see it in person. When i phoned Quality Baths I was greated by Jack who reassured me that the product was of very fine quality and I had the guarantee that I would be able to return it if I wasnt completely satisfied. He gave his direct line if i had any questions and was available when I had called. Not usually able to speak to the same sales rep in most companies you order with on line. The vanity shipped, got to my home in perfect condition and I would use this company again. I was very happy with the great service and beautiful vanity.

The two times I spoke with customer service, I was quite pleased. They were professional and courteous, knowledgeable and concerned. The carrier used to deliver the products provided a driver that was most friendly and helpful, going out of his way to help.

Spoke with customer service a few times to make sure that the sink we purchased would work with the garbage disposer trim. They were very helpful each time and the sink fits perfectly!

Your customer sales person was delightful to converse with. She was really well informed. I could barely believe the speed in which the order was filled and sent. If not for the tremendous snowstorm here in the south and East coast, it would have been delivered on Friday after being ordered on Wednesday. It was n FedEx's warehouse 65 miles away Friday AM, but the roads were closed. It was delivered on Monday after being promised in less than ten days. It was 4 working days even with the snow and roads over the mountains being closed. Great shipping job. It arrived in perfect shape.

I was pleased with the Ginger products (2 baskets for the tub) I found on the Quality website. The best things about their baskets was the scale, design, great fit for a small New York city apartment bathroom and at a great price. I ordered via phone and found the saleswoman very helpful. If and when I need to purchase other products I will be sure to go to Qualitybath.com first.

The hardware I ordered for my kitchen remodel was beautiful! I love everything about it. I originally ordered two different kinds of knobs/pulls, but decided to return the knobs to order more pulls. I ended up not sending the pulls back because I will use them somewhere on something! Great quality!!

I was having a difficult time finding a particular sink for a kitchen remodel. Quality Bath actually contacted the manufacturer to make sure it was available and how long it would take to receive. Rikki in customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I received the exact sink we wanted and it's perfect. Wife happy. I'm happy. Job well done Quality Bath!

I had to make a change to my order. Rikki helped me out - she was great. Kathy, who helped ensure my tub was delivered to my contractor, was also very helpful. The tub was en route much more quickly than I expected it would be - I'm extra pleased with that. The price I paid for my tub was considerably lower than advertised on other sites. Can't ask for much more than that!
