I was very pleased with how fast my toilet came. They also packed it very well so nothing came damaged. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Name brand quality at affordable prices. When I realized I had failed to order a valve for one of my tubs, an oversight on my part, I called Quality and they gave me a repeat customer discount and my valve came super fast at no extra cost to me. They are great to talk to and the website is friendly and easy to use. I normally would try the Lowes/Home Depot/Menards stores first and then when I came back home disappointed in their selections I found Quality Bath and we became overwhelmed with better choices. Definately a great company to deal with.

We were originally advised a long lead time, and were presently surprised when the items shipped in full a few weeks before the estimated delivery.

I purchased the Aqua Lux frameless with brushed nickel. Gorgeous doors adds that modern flair I wanted. Installation wasn't difficult but please read instructions carefully. I checked various places prior to purchasing from Quality Bath their price was the best along with free shipping & no tax. Delivery was within one week of purchase.

Great experience buying from Quality Bath. The main thing that would prevent me from buying again is that there is a 25% restocking fee. This seems too large a fee -- and is the only "bad" experience that I might have if I order the wrong thing.

I had a very good experience shopping with a Quality Bath. The day after I placed my order for a polished nickel faucet, I was contacted by email by a customer service rep who informed me that the item I selected could not be delivered for 10-12 weeks due to issues with the manufacturer. I went back to the site and found two other potential faucets that would work. The Quality Bath rep contacted each manufacturer and informed me of each items availability and anticipated delivery. Ultimately, I chose another faucet which was priced very competitively and delivered quickly. I'm very happy with the service I received and the personal attention of their staff. I would buy again from them and recommend them.

I ordered a hand held shower at a terrific sale price. I realized I needed a hose as well and couldn't find it. I called and the very helpful customer service person found the hose, added it to my order, and even honored the sale price. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as expected. I plan to order more items soon. I don't think I've ever had better customer service.

Quality Bath is a site I would recommend to anyone. Their prices are very fair, may be not the absolute lowest for every product, but they are for sure near or at the lowest point. What really stands out though vs other web shops is their stellar customer service. I did not think I needed to make changes or needed help, but I did. And Quality Bath were helpful and courteous, also very responsive (always same day quality answers). There is not much in stock, which is understandable, so delivery may take a while, but that is no different from ordering with a local store. Lastly, I also find their web site outstanding in that it lists required other items such as rough-in valves when you order a shower set. That way you don't end up with surprises. Overall a very solid shopping experience and the reason why I spend 20K+ at QualityBath vs a total of 3K for all other sites combined that I shopped from for my remodel.

Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience! I am exceptionally happy with my purchase. It was really stressful when we had to replace some faucets and it seemed they would be very, very expensive. Dov helped me identify the correct model and even extended the sale price an extra day so I could think about the choice and feel comfortable with it. The faucets arrived sooner than expected too. The color we thought we wanted was not in stock and it would be several weeks so we chose another color. Very pleased with our choice. Our faucet is amazing! They had the best price that we were able to find. The customer service was awesome and friendly as well. Will be coming back when we redo our bathroom!

The chandelier is beautiful, we installed it in my daughter's newly renovated bedroom and she loves it! It's our favorite thing in the room. It's very bright, which is a great bonus.
