After much research I found that Quality Bath had the lowest price. I was hesitant to order a high dollar, high end product online but could not find a rohl sink for a better price anywhere. The sink arrived within days of ordering, was in it's manufacture's packaging an securely strapped to a small pallet. The process was seem less and the sink perfect. Thank you Quality Bath!

Simple, easy transaction. Product arrived quickly and was just as advertised. Most important, the wife loves the new faucet.

Excellent purchase experience. I requested a lead time after checking a local supplier that would have had to order it - just to make sure they stocked it before ordering. I receive my order from Quality Bath even quicker than the lead time they provided. A month later when my installer decided to put the unit behind the wall, I had to order the extension pipe. It came the next day. Granted, I'm barely one state away, but Quality Bath exceeded my expectations each time.

The macerating toilet was the perfect solution to my bathroom relocation project. So easy to install and extremely quiet. Very satisfied with the product and service recieved.

Excellent product, excellent service

We are remodeling on a budget, but I really wanted the Rohl farmhouse sink. It is the top quality; I did plenty of research before I came to that decision. Searching through the prices, the best offer was from Quality Bath. It arrived on time and the product is great. It is not yet installed, but I am looking forward to it as a centerpiece of our new kitchen. I will recommend this company to others, as I had great service.

I have placed several orders with Quality Bath and had great experiences. I had an issue with a sink being back-ordered and Rikki was amazing! She quickly contacted the manufacturer and was able to work everything out to my satisfaction. I placed an order for a faucet not long after and it arrived quickly and without any issue. This Franke 27inch fireclay sink is beautiful and well-made. The "Franke" logo that is shown in the picture is actually placed on the right wall of the interior sink - which I prefer. The delivery was so prompt. The customer service was also excellent. When I posted a question through the website, I got an email response right away from a customer representative, who was very knowledgeable and responsive. Also the price! I searched through many online and offline shops and the price at Quality Bath was unbeatable. I would definitely shop with Quality Bath again.

I found myself coming back to quality bath againa and again to order the faucets i needed for my home renovation. not only the price is good, the delivery and the customer service are also excellent. I will definitly recommand quality bath to people i know.

Quality Bath had by far the best price on the products I bought. I saved a little more than $40 when compared to the other online and local stores. Delivery was fast and incident free. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will order again from them.

We ordered this item from another source prior and had to send it back due to parts missing etc. We were thrilled with the product received from you. It was in original packaging,shipped on time and in perfect condition. You were more expensive however, we truly received a quality and complete item.

I really enjoyed online shopping with Quality Bath. I especially liked the fair prices and the competitive pricing offered by this company. They were more than willing to accommodate me when I found a product with a competitor at a lower price. I primarily worked with Josh, and he was great. I bought all my plumbing for two bathrooms from Quality Bath. I also purchased some bath accessories as well. I have a few more purchases and I will most likely purchase from Quality Bath. I think they are a fair and reliable company. I am a satisfied customer. Also, Josh was knowledgable and patient as I asked him many questions regarding the products. He was very helpful.

Kudos to Josh! He walked me by the hand on getting everything I needed to renovated bathroom. He was always there to answer my questions and help me foresee any challenges along the way. One line that I returned because of the poor quality was hansgrohe products. Ended up upgrading to hansgrohe Axor but still has not arrived. Other brands I got were Dornbracht, Duravit and Catalano.

Great people, great products and great service. They were so kind and worked so hard to find my parts and went above and beyond what I hoped for or expected. I will recommend them to every home owner I meet. As a Real Estate Broker for 30 years, it is wonderful to have someone so great to recommend. Can't thank you enough.

Quick and to the point . Customer service was helpful in every way. They asked about how i was installing and made suggestions. Also, they said call back and let us know how it turned out! I've never heard of that before!! Kudos to my rep....
