It is much appreciated that discounts are available for Newport Brass (Brasstech) parts. I wish the site would recommend substitute parts, where applicable, with a guarantee of fit and a lower price point.

Great product, good price, fast delivery... what more can I ask for?

I am pleased with my purchase. The knobs are of good quality and look great on the dresser I refinished. My only complaint is that the shipping charge was a little expensive and increased the total price more than I would have liked. Still, I was able to get quality knobs that I couldn't find in any store.

I had requested cancellation of the order much prior to actual shipping date but was informed incorrectly that the item has been shipped. Also, Dreamline items not being returnable is not highlighted in a clear manner when I purchased the door. I was willing to pay the restocking fee of upto 25%. In my opinion the website should clearly prompt at the time of placing the order that the item is non-returnable. I am very disappointed that I have to eat the $ 650.00 price tag. Hope somebody will contact me and help out. I was very happy at the details the website provided on the choices for door and various measurements. By far the best compared to any other site. The Blanco sink I purchased was the best price I could find by at least $100. It shipped to my house within 4 days and was packed perfectly. It is a beautiful sink and I am so happy to add it to my new kitchen!

We've had trouble finding Vola products, so it's great to not only find a source for them, but to find that source has competitive prices, good delivery time, and helpful sales people.
