I found the whole experience great. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was extremely happy with the farmhouse sink when it arrived and it sits in my new remodeled kitchen as I write. Would definitely do business again with Quality. They live up to their name.

I placed an online order for my Enigma shower/tub glass door right before midnight (when the sale expired) and later that morning emailed Quality Bath asking if I could order a second door at the same price. Jack emailed me back immediately (on a Saturday!) and with confirmation that he could do it. And did!!! THAT is customer service---something essential to the success of a business, and so OFTEN overlooked by most businesses. Placing both orders was so easy and convenient. I had to order my sink through their customer care department as the option to order installation hardware was missing from the website. Although the phone call took extra time, the representative was knowledgeable, professional, and timely.

They were great about giving us a new sink when ours came in broken but it took over a month to get the new one in because it was out of stock and held up our entire kitchen Reno :( but I love my farm sink!!! :)

I was concerned about buying a farmhouse sink online. I am a shopper that likes to be able to see in person what I am buying but after reading the description, seeing the detailed photos and price, I took a chance. The product is exactly as described and what I envisioned it to be. The packaging was done in a manner to assure it would arrive without damage. I was impressed at the care and thought that went in to making sure it arrived safely. I searched in stores and online comparing prices and products. I am very happy I went with QualityBath and would recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a product carried by QualityBath.

The farmhouse sink we ordered was HUGE and beautiful! Great quality and even better than we expected, especially for the price. I shopped around for weeks before ultimately pulling the trigger and buying this product - so happy that we did. We are still installing the cabinets in our new kitchen now, but can't wait to get the sink installed and start using it!
