The only rough part was the delivery service would not help move items from truck to house. It feels like that should be part of the delivery. Sales team was super helpful and responsive!

I did not have the opportunity to see the product in person before ordering it online, so I was very pleased to find that it is very solid and well made. You had the best price. I was told the item would be available to ship within 2 weeks. After placing the order, I got an email informing me that the lead time was out to 3-4 weeks. That lead time was still acceptable for our schedule, so no harm no foul. It's due here tomorrow. I'm anxious to see our new sink. Hope it arrives in one piece.

Product arrived damaged but Quality Bath immediately ordered a replacement. Then, the replacement was the wrong piece, so another one was sent...getting a damaged one, then the wrong part was frustrating, but quality bath assisted with the process so it was much less painless than it could have been!

Needed sink quickly..came in 2 days. (no shipping charges!)....Customer service was very, very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future...
