Avi Weber was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very prompt in getting back to me with an initial quote as well as a response to my question about delivery date. The Grohe shower system I purchased arrived within a week, was packaged well, and met all my expectations. Quality Bath's price was unbeatable on the Internet.

I've ordered a kitchen sink and cabinet hardware from Quality Bath and have been extremely pleased with the low price, no shipping charges and the quick turn around of shipment. I will continue to use them as my "go to" source for other items as well.

When I went to order my Franke sink, the website said it would be shipped the same day. I was glad because I needed it quickly. Then I received an email from customer service saying it would be shipped in 5 days. I immediately reached out to customer service about the delivery. They did their thing & sent out my sink immediately so that I would have it in time. Thank you so much for working so hard to make that happen! My sink is beautiful and I look forward to using it.

We needed the shower door fast and economical and we found it on WB although we never bought any products from them we were pleasantly surprised. The price was better than any other site and the product came in a week!

I received the toilet today and I must say I was impressed with the package materials used to protect this product and I was happy to find no visible damage. I ordered a glass shower door, which was unfortunately damaged at delivery. However, once contacted, customer service was quick in sending out a replacement at no cost or hassle. Excellent response time regarding the replacement, just unfortunate about the initial delivery.

I found a better brand sink in the price range I had been looking for. The shipping was prompt, and the box appears to be in tact (haven't opened it yet). Would definitely shop here again.

I ordered the white fireclay farmhouse sink and am happy with my purchase. Looks wonderful. Very heavy duty. I ordered the metal grid for the bottom of the sink and not sure that was worth an extra $87.

I spoke with Mimi in customer service before placing my order and she was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She addressed all my questions and concerns and could not have been more professional.
