We purchased several items from QB in 2015 and 2016 and were always very satisfied. Prices are highly competitive - free shipping and no tax (depending where you live) add up to significant savings. Website and service are easy and comprehensive. Delivery ETAs have been spot on - significant when you need to keep your schedule and it depends on items likely to be installed by a local contractor.

Love the Brondell S1000EW and my shopping experience with Quality Bath was great!

The bath reps are all very friendly and helpful and helped me make my selections at a great price. When a problem arose with one of the items that I purchased, they were quick to resolve it. My only complaint is that I have technical issues with the website at times or the website will be down for holiday. I would appreciate 24/7 online shopping in the future.

QB did an excellent job of explaining the delivery time, and when I asked the customer service rep to send me information about dimensions of the sink I ordered (for my contractor), I received the design and installation specifications by emails within minutes! And the item arrived on time, and very well packaged to protect my purchase. I would order again in a heartbeat.
