Nice faucet in many ways. However, the first one they sent us was defective and it took forever to get a new one. When we did they made us pay for the second one and wouldn't refund the initial purchase until they received the faulty faucet--which we were obliged to pay postage on. We've had the second faucet for under 2 years and the hot water valve already drips. To replace it we have to purchase a whole new cartridge. The faucet itself is gorgeous and quite substantial--the natural brass finish is lovely. Water flow is excellent (minus the drip). The faucet itself was a little finicky to install, but sits beautifully--I'd definitely consider having your plumber install, even if you've installed a faucet before. Finally... Unfortunately, I'd have to say that the customer service was a bit lacking. We couldn't get anyone at Newport Brass to talk to us, they insisted we work through Quality Bath. Quality Bath was alright, I guess. But when I spend over $1,000 on a faucet I sort of expect a little bit quicker response and not to be made to pay for a second faucet (even if the money is refunded) and treated like I'm trying to run some kind of scam. Not QB's fault I understand, but you know I did pay over $1,000 for a faucet. And I just don't feel like the service lived up to the price.

I love this faucet! The quality is the best and not what you find these days. It reminds me of the old faucets because it is shiney chrome and heavy duty. My plummer was quite impressed with it and commented on the hand sprayer being solid and not plastic like most these days.
