The 5113 has a smooth pull out. The -5103 the head flares out a bit. The 5143 has a smooth pull out and the base is narrower than the other two. Its a bit more sleek.

Q:In comparing the Newport Brass 1500-5103 to the 1500-5113, which has a history of more problems? Also, which is the newer version? Thanks

The 1500-5113 is newer - the pullout is a little sleeker than the 1500-5103, but the 1500-5113 does not have a toggle spray, meaning you can't go back and forth from stream to spray - once you change to spray you'll have to shut the faucet to get the stream back.
