Delivery went well and customer support by phone was helpful when orderding. Tub, air pump and air line was installed by plumber, who had never installed a freestanding air tub before, and he had no problems. The only problem I've found is the air blower speed. The blower has 6 speeds and a pulse speed. Even on the lowest speed (1), and the minimum amount of water needed to get the pump to activate, the amount of air blowing out the holes for your back cause the water in the tub to bubble/spray over the side of the tub. Have to now sit on the other side of the tub, which makes the controls on the far side and the back massage now becomes a foot massage! Even in this position some water still bubbles over the side. I'd suggest not placing the tub near a wall; ours is about a foot from the wall on two sides and it will still splash some on the walls on the lowest speed. Don't know how anyone could use the other five speeds without having water all over the place. Manufacturer needs to reduce the lowest speed so that splashing doesn't occur.
