The bathtub is wonderful. The in line heater is a must and works very well. The raised look works very well in our bathroom. Had a problem with the installation since a fitting was broken by the shipper and the flow control knob leaked (the flow control knob is poorly designed). It took three visits to fix these problems but now that they are fixed we are satisfied.
