This seat had to be retrofitted to an older Icera toilet. Despite many adjustments there remains a slight but annoying looseness to the fitting. It's not a gross misalignment, but noticeable when sitting on the toilet.

We had just installed a brand new Icera toilet in our master bathroom. A week or two later, we had a window cleaning company come to our house to clean the windows. Unfortunately, one of the workers kneeled on this toilet seat as she was cleaning a small bathroom window, and broke it. I knew it would be 1. very hard to find this specific replacement seat and 2. very expensive to replace the seat. I was pretty happy to find this seat at QualityBath and at a much lower price than the one other place I found this seat. The seat arrived promptly and I could not be happier.
I needed a replacement seat for a Villeroy & Boch toilet. VB customer service helped me figure out which seat would work since the original seat was discontinued. This Icera Elongated slient close is an excellent replacement. It was easy to install and arrived quickly.
