You would need to purchase a shower arm to go with this.

It is a great shower head with 3 jets in each nozzle and there’s so many nozzles. But you need a supply of high pressure water flow to get the most out of it and my home’s water pressure isn’t the best. The spray force would be weak if your water pressure supply isn’t high.
