This is a well built and beautiful towel bar, and it could be great over tile with sufficient blocking, but it is not suitable to mount on drywall, even with blocking behind it. The three mounting screws are all horizontal, and the bracket is narrow. With a 15 inch lever attached to it, it is just asking to crush your drywall.
