While the Home Depot order arrived within two days, our order from your company took over two months to arrive. During that time, the delivery date kept changing weekly, and at one point we were told the package was lost, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the faucet itself arrived in good condition and works well. However, the long and uncertain delivery process made the overall experience disappointing.
