From the time of installation, the tube, the curved portion that houses the sprayer, has wobbled where it attaches to the body/base of the faucet. The wobble has gotten progressively worse with normal usage (you have to push the spray hose/head back into place in the tube). I'm really disappointed, because other than the wobble, the faucet looks great and functions well. I contacted Graff and was told this faucet was known to wobble, and they claim it is not a manufacturing defect. If that's the case, then why do they hide this information from the consumer prior to purchase? If I had wanted to buy a cheap, wobbly faucet, I could have bought one from a big box store and saved a few hundred dollars. I thought I was buying a quality product from a manufacturer that cared about their products. Graff's recommended solution? Apply "thread lock" to the set screw - but the faucet will still wobble. Save yourself the aggravation (unless you desire a wobbly faucet in your newly renovated kitchen) and buy a faucet from a different manufacturer.

We ordered two of these faucets. We really like the style for our modern kitchen. The spray is powerful and the cord pulls in out out smoothly.
