what kind of wood is it? or is it plywood with dark cherry wood face? or is it particle board OR SOLID CHERRY wood? when u open the door, what does it look like?

The material is MDF. The top door opens and has an open area that would allow for some storage and the plumbing. There are two additional drawers below that.
