Have not had installed sink yet love the look and your company and sink was recommended by PGT our design company

Mine came in with a chip and when I talked to customer service, I was told since I didn’t buy the grid they would not do anything. She said she would send me the grid for future use. I had a full rubber mat from container store but changed to the grid, to cover warranty and because things can go through it I found another small chip. I love the looks and size of my sink but I will give awful reviews every chance I get because of your customer service. There has got to be some way to repair a small chip and Elkay should be ashamed for the way they handled this.

I absolutely love ❤️ this sink. It is spacious and I am able to put larger items like cookie sheets in without a problem. The granite is stunning and easy to clean. My favorite feature is the stylish curves where the faucet is placed. I would highly recommend this product to homeowners.

I was redoing my countertops with Granite, and wanted a look that would not only complement the new look, but be very functional. My prior sink was a split Stainless sink, and found it not only to be a pain to keep clean, but a pain to wash anything of size. Then I got my first look at the Elkay Quartz Classic sink, and I immediately fell for its clean lines and rich color. I then looked into the care and the material, and found nothing I didn't like. So I was hooked. I placed my order, and had it installed with my countertops. I stood back and admired it for minutes at a time, and felt really good about my purchase. But the big test was coming. How will this sink stand up to everyday use? Well the sink turns out to be durable, easy to clean and scratch resistant. All I do to clean this sink is wipe it down, and if there is a spot that doesn't come off with soap and water, I use a Magic Eraser, either with 50/50 water and white vinegar or just water. The sink is spotless. A few weeks ago I had a big dinner party, and the sink was filled with greasy pots, pans and dishes. I was too tired to clean them up that night so I waited till the morning. I looked into the sink, and it was a greasy mess. I gasped at the site of my disgustingly dirt sink, and was a bit worried. Well after washing the pots and pans, and putting the dishes in the dishwasher, I set out to clean the sink. I rinsed the sink and 99 and 9% of the grease was gone, the remaining grease came off with a little soap and water. I am impressed to say the least.
