Q:We need 4 hole faucet holes. Do they come pre drilled?

They come prescored so you can pop them out from the underside of the sink. I attached a spec sheet so you can see the locations.

Q:This sink states that it is a drop in; however, can it also be put in as an undermount?
A:

Yes it can, your installer would just need to provide the necessary mounting hardware for an undermount.

I can't recommend QualityBath enough. We purchased this sink and it was damaged in shipment. QualityBath went above and beyond in their customer service. We had a replacement promptly. Once installed the sink surpassed our expectation. The quality is outstanding and the look is timeless. Oh, and the price was the best I could find on the web. Couldn't be happier.
