Great product and Quality Bath was very helpful in sorting out the mistakes made by the manufacturer when they shipped the wrong product. By the time the correct product was shipped and received, it was about two full months after placing my initial order. Again, this is not the fault of Quality Bath (which had great customer service in helping me) but if my construction schedule had been tighter the delay could have been problematic rather than just annoying.
