I received a shipment where the Duravit washbasin arrived completely shattered and the vanity was damaged in multiple places. The items were packed in a flimsy cardboard box with no padding or support—completely inadequate for fragile products. I had several items on the same pallet from other brands, and only the Duravit items from Quality Bath were broken. Despite being a trade partner, my concerns were dismissed because I supposedly missed the return window—even though the damage was clearly due to poor packaging. I expected a professional solution, but they didn’t even make an effort. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be working with Quality Bath again.

Quality Bath has great customer service. We unfortunately received the wrong color vanity and they immediately made it better by shipping us a new vanity in the right color almost immediately. We were able to stay on schedule with our project and we love our new vanity. Thank you to everyone at Quality Bath!
