Wrong item shipped (a 3-wall unit), and useless for the 2-wall configuration I need. It's 12:15 Friday and their recorded message keeps playing despite their claiming "sales reps waiting to talk to me." I tried emailing any of the sales reps and no email page comes up. There's no way to convey a message.
