This shower enclosure may not be the least expensive that you can purchase, but I am very impressed with quality of the product. This DreamLine SHEN-2636360 enclosure has very thick (and heavy) glass sidewalls and door. The frameless nature of the design is beautiful in our installation. That said I did have some minor issues with the installation (that I did myself) with how many and what thickness of door hinge gaskets to use as well as no reference in the instructions how much I should tighten the hinges to the fixed and door panels. Consequently my first attempt at installation did not stand up as the weight of the door gradually moved the hinges resulting in the open side of the door sagging. I called the support hotline for assistance and received exceptionally good advice and was told that I should tighten those attachment screws as tight as I can get them without using any mechanical assistance (like a ratchet or breaker bar). They also agreed to send me the new style hinge gasket and replace my door's strike seal since I switched that with the hinge-side seal (another opportunity for the instructions to be a bit more clear). As a result of these part orders I have not yet completely finished my installation but the parts are expected this weekend so will do so then. All in all... as far as I've been able to progress I am please with the purchase and if the final two steps turn out as planned it will be a beautiful addition to our Master Bath.
