The product? It was what I ordered, a glass shower door. The rip-off? Free shipping IS NOT FREE! The surprise bill was from FedEx. They charged me $72.00 because they had to use their "lift gate". So for those homeowners who are fortunate enough to have a loading dock instead of a garage.... this is the company to do business with. I could have bought the same product, without as long of a wait, from Home Depot. Also, would not have needed to miss half of a days work. I will never allow myself to be deceived by this company again. Don't tell me something is "free" when it is not! You have made me an angry, one time, customer.
